Welcome to The Studio by KT! I’m thrilled to have you utilize my facility. To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, I have established some guidelines, which I kindly ask you to adhere to:

 

Studio Orientation:

New renters are asked to schedule a studio orientation prior to first use to make sure they are familiar with how to use all the equipment.

 

Backdrops:

You are welcome to bring your own backdrops for the themed backdrop areas.  Please do not use the dance floor unless working with a dancer.  Your requested solid color backdrops will be set up on the other rack prior to your arrival.

 

Props:

All props should be put back when you are finished.

 

Rental Time:

Your rented time includes setup and cleanup. Please respect the allocated time to avoid additional fees.

 

Cleanup:

• Leave the space as clean as you found it; cleaning supplies are available in the cabinet near the refrigerator.

• Notify me of any damaged or excessively dirty items beyond your ability to clean.

• Clean any messes thoroughly, including glitter, feathers, cake smash, etc., to accommodate other renters throughout the day.

Common Sense:

Exercise good judgment and common sense while using our space; don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

 

Locking up:

• Return all items to their original positions.

• Reset the air to its original setting/temp if adjusted.

• Turn off all lights.

• Ensure the door locks properly by pushing it in slightly if necessary.

 

Paper Backdrops:

• When rolling out the paper, unroll slowly and use the painter’s tape to keep it in place to prevent tearing.

• Trim dirty sections of the paper with scissors, if necessary, but avoid excessive cutting.

• Take care when moving the paper up/down to prevent tearing.

• If unsure, feel free to call for assistance.

 

Getting into The Studio:

Someone will be there to open 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to show you around and answer any questions.
